A quintessentially English manor house and a luxury wedding venue in the heart of the Cotswolds. Playing host to just a handful of exclusive events each year, this luxury venue offers a feeling of total calm and privacy with stunning views down the valley beyond. Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Spa are also on the doorstep in this wonderfully pretty corner of England.
The whole wedding weekend was meticulously planned and designed by Smith James Events and the celebrations began with a colourful welcome event catered by Ross & Ross.
Sadie’s wedding dress was custom by British designer Savannah Miller
The dress
Guests received an invitation suite designed by Grey & Cake which featured a textured embossed design with colours reminiscent of the English countryside.

Make up Artist Kelly Dawn created Sadie’s natural look for the wedding with her hair being styled by Nick Rose.
Bridal beautyWe spent just a few moments prior to the ceremony capturing some film stills of Sadie in the bridal suite.
The double pear cut diamond engagement ring and their wedding bands were designed by David Perry and featured personalised inscriptions on the inside.
The Rings
Ben got ready with his friends in another part of the house. He chose a custom tuxedo by Los Angeles based designer High Society.
Prior to the ceremony, Sadie & Ben chose to have a little first look moment. We then captured some portraits of them and their families so that they could all be fully present at the cocktail hour later on.

Florist Millie Richardson worked with British seasonal flowers, lots of greenery and a neutral romantic palette to create a natural bridal bouquet.
The ceremony was held in the gardens in front of the house. They kept the ceremony simple and personal with friend’s officiating and no formal bridal party.

Post ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails on the lawn to the side of the house.
A canvas tent by Bohemia Canvas was the setting for dinner with Millie Richardson filling the space with lots of natural greenery and pops of colour. Guests were treated to catering by Ross & Ross and a cake by Dolce Lusso.

After the traditional Hora dance Sadie changed into a Cult Gaia dress for the rest of the party. The DJ played RnB and 90’s hiphop and the afterparty featured a pizza van serving up last night snacks for the guests.
