Kin House is a Georgian Mansion located in Wiltshire. Walking the delicate line between a historical property and a comfortable and chic modern event location, the whole place feels considered, colourful and comfortable.
J&D chose it for their celebrations and we joined them for the day to capture both photography and a Super 8mm video of all the joy which unfolded.
The dressThe bride chose a modern bridal design with a dramatic bow back by Viktor & Rolf Mariage for her ceremony outfit, sourced from Browns Bride in London. This was paired with a short and fashion-forward veil and Bottegaveneta sculptural shoes.
Make-up was by Alex Reader and hair was styled by Ayumi.
The jewelleryA pair of antique platinum and diamond earrings gifted from the groom completed the look.
The party lookFor the after party, a look from Loewe was chosen with maximum sparkle on the dance floor and shoes with incredible metalic bow detailing.
Bridal PortraitsWe took a quick couple of moments to create some portraits using black and white Ilford film and a 1960’s Rolliflex camera.
Alongside the photographs, we also captured this wedding film using authentic Kodak Super 8mm motion picture film and vintage movie cameras.
The Cocktail A reception in the gardens followed featuring colourful snacks and drinks, decorated with Jrasic creations.
The portraitsWe spent a few moments capturing some portraits with the bride and groom whilst guests took their seats for supper in the orangery.
The dinnerFloral designer Jrasic used a mixture of fruits, flowers and vegetables to create a spectacular sculptural and modern design.
With nearly 200 guests, the dinner and speeches that followed were warm and celebratory.
The partyThe evening began with traditional Hora dancing and live music.
With a quick outfit change into these incredible Loewe metallic shoes and sparkly dress the afterparty got going with a DJ set playing 90’s RnB classics until the early hours.
