LE GRAND BANC, provence
Nestled in the countryside of Provence and overlooking the Lubéron National Park, Le Grand Banc has been playing host to epic parties since the 1960’s. Owned by the Fry family - of Fry’s Chocolate - it’s a magnificent mix of bohemian luxury and unique decoration. Playing host to a very select number of weddings each year, it has the feeling of understated luxury, secluded privacy and the best that this region of France has to offer.
Published in VOGUE France.
The whole weekend was meticulously planned and designed by Josh Tully Management .
Stephanie designed the ceremony dress herself. As the co-founder of fashion brand Rat & Boa this came naturally. She explained - “I designed my own dress, and had it made at our studio in London. I wanted a 1970s opulent feel, but something that felt loose and easy to wear - hence me choosing feathers and beading and a kaftan-inspired shape,”
The dress
Setting the tone for the whole disco-inspired celebration was the invitation suite created by The Letterist. "L’Amour, Champagne + Disco Forever After” was the tagline for the whole weekend.
The Invitations
Stephanie wanted a 1970s look for her bridal make up and hair, - Bridgette Bardot makeup with big hair. she wore silk flowers in her hair with no veil and vamped up the makeup and hair for the evening, with feathers and glitter. stephanie said “hair and makeup stylists, Lorelen Coriton and Ciara Costenoble, were superstars - I had a trial with them in Paris earlier in the year.”
Bridal beauty
We spent just a few moments prior to the ceremony capturing some film stills of Stephanie once she was ready.
Stephanie’s engagement ring was designed by Andria Barbone Jewellery in New York and drew on vintage designs. She paired it with a gold band which was her late Grandmother’s.
The Rings
The ceremony was held in the courtyard with their close friend and Stephanie’s business parter officiating.
The ceremony
Post ceremony, the drinks reception was opened with a rosé champagne tower using Maison Mirabeau.
A canvas tent was the setting for dinner with dark, eclectic and romantic flowers by Agnes Laye Fleurs- taking natural elements from the Le Grand Banc grounds. Catering was by Le Figuier De Saint Esprit, Tom's favourite restaurant in Antibes (he lived in the South of France for 12 years). Stephanie said “We wanted to bring fine dining and a sense of community together, so we chose elevated sharing options using seasonal and local products, and a local winery called Le Davids.”

Portraits
As guests seated for dinner we spent some time with the couple as they took a moment together.
A quick outfit change after dinner and the party began. Stephanie went for a sequin design by Lorena Formoso which she said made her feel like “a human disco ball.” DJ and Musicians Fleetmac Wood kept guests dancing all night long to remixed Fleetwood Mac tunes.
